About The Position
Northampton Country Club is seeking dedicated individuals to join its back-of-house team. As a medium-sized club operating six days a week in its year-round Banquet Facility, we offer a variety of dining experiences, including upscale fine dining, casual, and grab-and-go styles. Our banquet facility hosts a wide range of events such as weddings, galas, fundraisers, birthday parties, golf tournaments, and business meetings.
Requirements
- ServSafe Certification is Preferred
- Prior Experience is Preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare all required items for service
- Set up service units with needed items
- Serve items in accordance with established portions and presentation standards
- Notify Sous Chef of expected shortages
- Ensure assigned workspace and equipment are clean and sanitary
- Set up, maintain, and break down assigned station
- Requisition items needed to produce menu items
- Adhere to state and local health and safety regulations
- Assist with other duties as instructed by the Sous Chef
