About The Position

Coordinate with Banquet Captains and Food and Beverage Leadership to execute successful banquets onsite at the hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in set-up procedures to ensure room design is executed correctly
  • Maintain a timeline of events to ensure seamless service
  • Ensure cleanliness of space and all equipment is in working condition
  • Collaborate on buffet set up, drink stations and snack tables for each event as needed
  • Organize work area and storage area
  • Provide a high level of professional customer service at all times
  • Provide set up, service and tear down of each scheduled event
  • Respond promptly and courteously to requests
  • Must be able to carry a full tray of 6-8 plates with food on them
  • Carry trays with multiple drinks on it.
  • Coordinate with Banquet Captains and Food and Beverage Leadership to execute successful banquets onsite at the hotel.
  • Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests
