Responsibilities

Servicing all meeting rooms to meet Marriott's esteemed high standards of quality and excellence.
Providing exceptional service for all events.
Meticulously organizing and preparing various events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and formal banquets.
Creating an inviting atmosphere by expertly arranging seating, coordinating table settings, and ensuring that all equipment and amenities are in place.
Attentively listening to the needs and preferences of each guest and promptly fulfilling requests.
Upholding a polished and professional appearance, complemented by a courteous demeanor and proactive approach.
Setting up portable bars, ensuring they are fully stocked with an array of beverages and accessories while also maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Arranging glassware and ensuring garnishes are fresh and readily available.
Maintaining the overall condition and cleanliness of banquet facilities, including regular vacuuming and deep-shampooing of carpets.
Overseeing the careful arrangement of buffets, ensuring that food presentations are both visually appealing and easily accessible for guests.
Properly staging events, which includes arranging tables, chairs, and podiums to facilitate optimal flow and accessibility.
Handling the setup and dismantling of audio equipment, ensuring that sound systems are functional and properly positioned.
Refreshing meeting spaces by thoroughly cleaning and preparing rooms for various functions, tailoring the setup to meet the specific needs of each event.
