Responsibilities

Servicing all meeting rooms to meet high standards of quality and excellence.
Meticulously organizing and preparing events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and formal banquets.
Arranging seating, coordinating table settings, and ensuring all equipment and amenities are in place.
Attentively listening to the needs and preferences of each guest and promptly fulfilling requests.
Setting up portable bars, ensuring they are fully stocked with beverages and accessories, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Arranging glassware and ensuring garnishes are fresh and readily available.
Upholding the overall condition and cleanliness of banquet facilities, including regular vacuuming and deep-shampooing of carpets.
Overseeing the careful arrangement of buffets, ensuring food presentations are visually appealing and easily accessible.
Properly staging events, including arranging tables, chairs, and podiums for optimal flow and accessibility.
Handling the setup and dismantling of audio equipment, ensuring sound systems are functional and properly positioned.
Refreshing meeting spaces by thoroughly cleaning and preparing rooms for various functions, tailoring the setup to meet specific event needs.
