About The Position

Our Banquet Captains are responsible for all aspects of professional food service and guest satisfaction including serving food and beverage to banquet Guests. We are looking for individuals who can bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends. This role requires someone who thinks and acts fast, has high standards, and can handle large parties. Experience with formal dining settings is a plus.
