We are hiring a Banquet Captain! This role requires open availability and a minimum of 3 years of Captain experience in a hotel banquet setting. The Banquet Captain is responsible for the supervision of the Banquet staff and coordinates all food and beverage service with the Banquet Manager to ensure excellent guest service. While this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the requirements of the job, management reserves the right to add or remove duties from particular jobs when business needs dictate.
