About The Position
Assists managers in the banquet department anticipating guest demands and organizes resources to exceed guest expectations.
Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
- Banquet Captain directly supervises to the extent of assigning and monitoring daily tasks of 11-25 employees in the Food & Beverage Banquet Department.
- Refers issues relating to organization's policy to the Assistant Manager and/or Manager of the department.

Responsibilities
- Oversees banquet functions including Pine Room & Zoo banquets.
- Ensure quality banquet set-up.
- Attend BEO meetings.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Ensure proper control procedures are being followed.
- Maintain a level of service that exceeds guest expectations.
