Requirements
- Must have a valid Serve Right Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Moderate wine, beer and classic cocktail knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Previous banquet, catering, restaurant, or hotel experience is considered an asset
Responsibilities
- Creating a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service
- Providing guest with food & beverage suggestions, while taking in consideration preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions
- Promptly receive drink order chits and prepare beverages
- Communicating beverage descriptions, special and information to guests and team members
- Stocking and maintaining all bar products including mise en place
- Checking and maintaining beer keg and liquor levels
- Counting and taking inventory of all beverages and supplies and assist manager with inventory ordering
- Such other similar or related duties as may be required from time to time
