Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum Age: 21 Years Old
• Strong Communication and Guest Service Skills

Nice To Haves

• 2+ Years of Bartending or Barback Experience Preferred
• Previous Food & Beverage Experience Preferred
• Cash Handling Experience Preferred
• POS System Experience Preferred
• Alcohol Awareness Certification Preferred
• Knowledge of Beer, Wine, Spirits, and Cocktail Preparation

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Mix drinks quickly, accurately, and according to recipe standards
• Verify guest identification and comply with all liquor laws
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Recommend beverages and upsell food and drink offerings
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure guest satisfaction
• Complete consumption reports and cash handling procedures
• Support hotel standards, safety procedures, and event operations
