About The Position

The Banquet Bartender is responsible for preparing beverages and managing satellite bars during banquets. This role involves interacting with guests, ensuring compliance with liquor laws, controlling bar costs and waste, and handling cash transactions. The position requires an outgoing and friendly personality, with a focus on meeting guest expectations and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area. The Banquet Bartender will also be responsible for closing out paperwork, including consumption reports.
