The Banquet Bartender is responsible for creating 100% guest satisfaction by providing beverage service to banquet and event guests. Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and hold a valid Bartender’s License
• Must be 18 years of age, or older
• One (1) year pervious bartending experience in an upscale environment preferred
• Thorough understanding of safe and perceptive service
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
• Ability to do basic math and handle cash
• Ability to work with Point of Sale systems
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays
• Highly organized – demonstrate ability to proactively prioritize needs, put first things first, and effectively manage resources and time

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year pervious bartending experience in an upscale environment

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service to guests while creating memorable moments.
• Sells and up-sells alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and curates an extensive knowledge base of various popular hand-crafted beverages.
• Maintains cleanliness, order and inventory of spaces and surroundings to ensure a pleasant guest experience and a seamless transaction.
