The Banquet Bartender will work with various hotel Associates in Food and Beverage and Catering to ensure bar service for events is correct and up to standards of quality. This role involves setting up portable bars with appropriate items such as garnishes, glasses, ice, liquor, mixes, straws, and napkins. The bartender will maintain bar supplies throughout the function and be responsible for making great beverages. Additionally, the role requires using the POS system to ring bar purchases for guest drinks.
