About The Position

The Banquet Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service at banquet events, weddings, conferences, and special functions. This position prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensures compliance with responsible alcohol service standards, maintains a clean and organized bar area, and delivers outstanding guest service to create a memorable event experience.

Setting up and breaking down banquet bars.
Maintaining adequate inventory of beverages, garnishes, glassware, and supplies.
Processing transactions accurately.
Providing friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests.
Keeping bar areas clean, organized, and sanitary.
Assisting banquet staff with event operations.
Reporting guest concerns or incidents to management.

Verify guest age and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and company policies.
Set up and break down banquet bars before and after events.
Maintain adequate inventory of beverages, garnishes, glassware, and supplies.
Process transactions accurately when applicable.
Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests.
Keep bar areas clean, organized, and sanitary throughout events.
Assist banquet staff with event operations as needed.
Report any guest concerns or incidents to management promptly.
