About The Position

The Banquet Bartender will work with various hotel Associates in Food and Beverage and Catering to ensure bar service for events is correct and up to standards of quality. This role involves setting up portable bars with appropriate items, maintaining bar supplies, making beverages, and using the POS system to ring bar purchases.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with guests and associates.
• Previous experience in high-volume bar as bartender.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Able to work in high pressure and fast paced situations.
• Able to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to accurately memorize drink ingredients and garnishes for use in beverage service.
