About The Position

This role is responsible for setting up and breaking down bar(s) in function areas, serving drinks to guests while adhering to all relevant laws and policies, and maintaining cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas. The position requires a strong understanding of responsible alcohol service and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of bartending experience.
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Alcohol serving certification from an approved vendor such as TIPS or state-approved program.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar(s) in function area(s) according to standard policies and guest request.
• Make and serve drinks to guests, following all hotel, state, and federal laws and/or policies.
• Remove all trash and/or empty glasses from public areas.
• Breakdown and clean bar(s) thoroughly at completion of the function(s), returning the bar and all supplies to proper storage areas.
