About The Position

Prepare and serve alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages in a variety of settings as part of the banquets and events team. Always maintaing Suncadia's established service standards and ensuring each banquet event goes above the client expectations. Salary: $18.00/hour + Grat This is a Seasonal position with targeted start and end dates: Season Start: February 1 – May 15 Season End: October 31 Hours will fluctuate as business levels rise and fall throughout the season. Requirements

• Current Washington state food handler permit required
• Current Washington state liquor license
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to work well with others and function well in fast paced environment
• Able to communicate well with team member s and customers
• Able to work flexible hours and days
• Knowledge of food and beverage products
• Knowledge of property-wide facilities and services
• Possess excellent telephone and organizational skills
• Must have a valid US Driver's License

Nice To Haves

• Bartending experience preferred
• Knowledge of mixology

Responsibilities

• Meet all established service standards
• Prepare all beverages served in the area of responsibility
• Maintain control of bar area, clientele, guest service, and atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area
• Perform tasks necessary for opening and closing of the bar to the satisfaction of administration and within inventory needs
• Comply with all Washington State labor, health and safety regulations
• Comply with all Suncadia policies and procedures
• Secure payment for served product
• Maintain issued bank
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as or assigned
