Requirements

• Experienced and able to work in fast-paced event environments
• Strong communicators with a guest-first mindset
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Professional and able to remain composed under pressure
• Flexible and reliable with scheduling
• Must obtain and maintain a valid Alcohol Server Certification and Food Handler Card as required by state and company guidelines.
• Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
• Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds (kegs, cases, and bar equipment)
• Perform repetitive motions including bending, reaching, and twisting
• Work quickly and safely in a high-volume event environment
• Handle glassware, spills, and cleaning chemicals safely
• Maintain stamina and focus during long event shifts

Nice To Haves

• Previous banquet or event bartending experience
• Knowledge of standard cocktails, beer, and wine service

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet bar stations for events.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient guest service.
• Check identification and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies during events.
• Work closely with banquet servers and event staff to ensure smooth service.
• Adapt to varying event schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
