Responsible for managing all consumer and residential real estate related accounts where the borrower has filed Bankruptcy. Requires timely follow-up on any and all filings with respect to a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy including Proof of Claim, Lift of Stay, Reaffirmations, Agreed Orders, etc. or Chapter 13 plan approval and compliance. Responsible for managing/monitoring the progression of the account with assigned outside counsel, debtors, counsel, and the Trustee from the point of the initial filing to dismissal or discharge. Maintains the electronic file system. Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of state and federal regulations with respect to debt collections, credit reporting practices, WesBanco Credit Policy as well as department procedures. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Professional demeanor in appearance, interpersonal relations, work ethic and attitude. Possess clear, concise, effective written and oral communication skills to effectively express thoughts, ideas and concepts to bank employees and bank customers. Ability to accurately follow instructions on a variety of subjects. Must be able to manage time effectively. Must be willing to work as part of a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to accurately handle detailed work. Ability to work in a high pressure, fast-paced work environment.
