About The Position
This is an opportunistic search for Bankruptcy and Restructuring Associate Attorneys who may be considering their next career move. The recruiter works with Am Law 50, 100, and 200 firms, as well as small, midsize, regional, and boutique firms across multiple markets. The goal is to help attorneys find firms that offer more complex restructurings, stronger client relationships, greater responsibility, and a clearer path forward. Requirements
- Experience in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings
- Experience in corporate restructuring and workouts
- Experience in creditors' rights and debtor representation
