About The Position
Our Client in Vineland, New Jersey is seeking a Bankruptcy Paralegal for their office. This is a temporary position with the potential to become temp-to-hire. The salary range for this role is $55,000–$60,000 annually.
Requirements
- Previous bankruptcy paralegal experience preferred
- Strong understanding of bankruptcy procedures and documentation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings and legal documents related to bankruptcy cases
- Preparing, organizing, and managing bankruptcy files and case materials
- Assisting attorneys with case preparation and document review
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely filing of required documents
- Coordinating communication with clients, courts, and trustees
- Supporting the legal team with additional tasks as needed
