About The Position

We are currently seeking associate candidates to support our Seattle Office’s Insolvency and Financial Law Group. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of solid bankruptcy and other restructuring experience, as well as be licensed to practice in Washington and possess strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials. Bankruptcy litigation experience, such as with preference defense, is also desirable. The role involves representing clients in corporate bankruptcy and restructuring matters including state court receiverships. Candidates with completed bankruptcy court clerkships are strongly encouraged to apply.
