About The Position

Banking Support Associate We are looking for individuals seeking flexible work and the opportunity to build experience in banking. This role provides branch coverage on an as-needed basis, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to work across multiple branch locations. As a Banking Support Associate, you’ll step in during vacancies, vacations, high-traffic periods, and other branch needs. You’ll work alongside experienced banking professionals while gaining hands-on exposure to branch operations, customer service, and account support.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Interest in customer service, banking, and financial services.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel between branch locations.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism.
• Comfort learning new processes and adapting to changing branch needs.
• Ability to meet the program’s minimum shift commitment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Issue Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders.
• Balance your cash drawer and daily transactions.
• Support consumer account opening and account maintenance activities.
• Provide friendly, accurate service to customers.
• Float between branch locations as business needs require.
• Complete teller and other branch-support responsibilities as assigned.
