About The Position

In this role, you will respond to inbound client class in a call center environment, regarding banking inquiries—primarily deposit-related calls—while building strong client service skills in a supportive, structured environment. You will be guided through hands-on training, coaching, and development opportunities aligned with our clients service standards and culture.

Requirements

  • Backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, or banking.
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working onsite.
  • Coachable mindset with a desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound client calls regarding banking inquiries, primarily deposit-related.
