The Banking Center Manager (BCM) is responsible for leading relationship building efforts, ensuring the efficient operations of a full-service banking center, and providing excellent customer service through the proper training and development of staff. The BCM directs the overall sales and service initiatives of the location, engages proactively with customers to understand and meet their banking needs, and works closely with business partners to service existing and prospective customers. Significant time is expected to be spent on outside sales efforts targeting business and retail customers, centers of influence, and community service opportunities. From an operational standpoint, the BCM provides oversight to ensure adherence to all established policies, procedures, and security measures. Responsibilities also include assisting in hiring, supervising, training, and coaching staff to achieve the Bank's service, sales, and operational objectives.
