This role is responsible for leading relationship building efforts, ensuring the efficient operations of a full-service banking center, and providing excellent customer service through the proper training and development of staff. The Banking Center Manager directs sales and service initiatives, engages in proactive customer interaction both in-branch and at customer locations, and collaborates with business partners to service existing and prospective customers. A significant portion of the role involves outside sales efforts targeting business and retail customers, centers of influence, and community engagement. The manager also provides operational oversight to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and security measures, and is involved in hiring, supervising, training, and coaching staff to achieve bank objectives.
