Responsible for managing and supporting a group of 20-30 Banking Centers and their respective managers. This role involves ensuring operational uniformity, distributing information, coordinating audits, and providing support for HR, security, and cash-related functions. The position also plays a key role in developing and maintaining retail operations policies and procedures, ensuring training is completed, and acting as a liaison between operational departments and retail banking centers. The Area Manager will compile and distribute management reports, support incentive programs, and assist with M&A events.
