About The Position

This summer internship program is designed for students pursuing an undergraduate degree with a target graduation date within one year of the internship's conclusion. The program offers a comprehensive business overview through participation in real projects within the investment banking division. Interns will gain broad exposure to different clients and transactions, focusing on specialist areas. The 15-week journey involves immediate responsibilities, guidance from a mentor and line manager, and opportunities to forge connections, explore new horizons, and unlock growth opportunities. It is an opportunity to build skills, expand knowledge, and embark on an impactful path towards a promising career in finance and technology.

Requirements

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree.

  • GPA of 3.2 or above.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration on live deals and client pitches.
  • Support the team in advising a broad range of corporate clients, delivering holistic, structured solutions to meet client goals.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
  • Participation in training and development programs.
  • Identification of opportunities, development of business cases, and management of the deployment and launch of new products and services for investment banking.
  • Management of client relationships and provision of customer service support, responding to questions about products and services, and processing transactions.
  • Development and implementation of financial models and strategies to support decision-making in investment banking.
  • Training and mentoring of junior colleagues.
  • Performing prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard, consistently driving continuous improvement.
  • Leading and supervising a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements, and coordinating team resources (for leadership roles).
  • Developing technical expertise in work area, acting as an advisor where appropriate (for individual contributors).
