About The Position

This graduate program is designed for recent or soon-to-be graduates to gain experience in the investment banking division. Participants will engage in day-to-day activities, receive broad exposure to various clients and transactions, and focus on specialist areas. The program aims to shape careers through curated experiences, knowledge, and connections, providing comprehensive training and support. Graduates will be empowered to influence the company's direction and are considered vital to its success. Requirements

  • Must be in the final year of study at an undergraduate degree program.
  • Ideally a GPA of 3.2 or above.
  • Keen interest in business and finance.

  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Responsible for completion of all documentation in support of optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT).
  • Applicants must be enrolled in, or graduate with, a degree in a field of study that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Education consider to be a science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM) field of study for purposes of the 24-month STEM OPT extension, if seeking employment-based immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration on live deals and client pitches.
  • Support the team in advising a broad range of corporate clients.
