About The Position

RBC is seeking top talent for Banking Advisor network opportunities in the Lower Mainland BC Area, including Fraser Valley, Delta, Surrey, White Rock, Tri-cities, and Maple Ridge. An in-person RBC Leadership Connection Networking Event will be held on July 22nd, 2026. The Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager roles require client-focused advice expertise and problem-solving skills to assist clients and teams with their banking, credit, and investment needs. As an RBC ambassador, you will add value in key client moments and collaborate with partners to help clients achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course)
  • Goal-oriented individual with a demonstrated passion for putting clients first.
  • Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients.
  • Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a drive to succeed.
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).

Nice To Haves

  • BCO license is an asset and will be required for leadership branch roles.
