About The Position

The Banking Administrator I role involves collecting, analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on the organization’s financial matters. This position ensures compliance with financial policies, professional standards, and all applicable laws. The Centralized Escrow Accounting (CEA) Service Center, where this role is situated, provides comprehensive escrow accounting and related services to affiliated offices. These services include wire processing, transfers, bank reconciliations, 1099 and escheat reporting, centralized bank account documentation management, management of customer-driven investments, and monitoring of daily transactions and positive pay.

Responsibilities

  • Processes all banking related activities between the bank and the escrow offices.
  • Prepares, coordinates and maintains opening/closing Escrow Accounts.
  • Manages the circulation and execution of all bank agreements/signature cards.
  • Validates services and supplies ordered.
  • Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes.
  • Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion.
  • Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members.
  • Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
