About The Position
The Banking Academy at UC Davis is a ten-week career learning program hosted by River City Bank, starting in January 2027. This program is designed for students interested in careers in finance, accounting, and economics. Participants will learn about the rewarding careers and growth possibilities within the banking field, exploring the impact of commercial banks on critical industries like commercial real estate and clean energy. The program includes an underwriting case study based on real-world scenarios, which will be presented to a panel of senior managers. Requirements
- Students pursuing a university degree, typically in their second, third, or fourth year of study.
- Undergraduate major in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
