About The Position

As a Full-Time Bank Teller, you will be responsible for enhancing customer interactions and supporting banking operations. This includes warmly greeting customers, processing transactions, opening accounts, and answering inquiries. Meticulous handling of cash and transaction records is essential. You will also provide information on products and services tailored to customer financial goals. Collaboration with teammates is crucial for efficient workflow and issue resolution. Additionally, you will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on banking regulations and technology, ensuring compliance and excellent service delivery, and fostering a high-performance culture.

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Basic Office Machine Operation Skills (Printers, Scanners, Copiers, Fax, postage machine, etc.)
