As a Full Time Bank Teller, the role involves providing exceptional customer service and efficiently processing various banking transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Tellers are expected to greet customers warmly, address their needs, maintain precise records, balance cash drawers, identify customer needs, and recommend relevant bank products. The position also includes collaborating with the team to support branch operations, participating in training, upholding bank policies, and engaging with the community to make a meaningful impact.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Basic Office Machine Operation Skills (Printers, Scanners, Copiers, Fax, postage machine, etc.)

  • Providing exceptional customer service
