About The Position

CIBM Bank is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bank Teller! If you have a background in customer service, cash handling, or upselling, this might be the position for you! No prior banking experience is necessary – we'll provide all the training you need to succeed. As a Bank Teller, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service by accurately processing transactions and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in customer service or related fields.
Comfortable using standard office software and systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative and respectful work environment.

Nice To Haves

Prior banking experience is not necessary.
Experience in cash handling, or upselling is a plus.

Responsibilities

Accurately handle cash, deposits, and withdrawals while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
Recognize opportunities to refer customers to additional bank services such as Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, and more.
Address inquiries, resolve issues, and support customers with their accounts, ensuring a positive banking experience.
Participate in sales campaigns and educate customers on the benefits of various bank products and services.
Assist with account maintenance and provide support to other team members as needed.
Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
