Unlike typical mortgage companies, this role provides a warm ecosystem for production growth, not just a place to hang a license. The position offers comprehensive product flexibility, covering Conventional, Jumbo, FHA/VA, and niche products like Non-QM, DPA, and HELOCs, ensuring no viable borrower is turned away. Operational support is elite, with dedicated local/centralized processing and underwriting, allowing originators to focus on sales rather than administrative tasks. Furthermore, a tech-forward marketing suite provides automated personal branding tools and social content to maintain top-of-mind presence with minimal manual effort. The company offers flexible work arrangements including fully remote, hybrid, or in-office options across California. They are seeking a Producing Sales Manager or Senior Loan Officer with strong knowledge of the California market.
Requirements
- A proven track record of residential mortgage origination in California within the last 3 years
- Active NMLS license in good standing
- A "connector" mindset, knowing how to work with business partners to create win-win scenarios
- (For Sales Managers) Experience coaching and scaling a production team
