About The Position

As a Bank Platform Transformation - Integration Architect-Engineer - Sr Manager, you will focus on designing and implementing seamless integration solutions to connect various organizational systems and applications. Your work will involve creating robust architectures that enable efficient data flow and enhance overall business processes within our Financial Services sector. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. In this role at PwC, you will be part of our Integration and Platform Architecture group, focusing on optimizing technology infrastructure for enhanced business performance. Within our Operations practice, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, validate outcomes with clients, and act on client feedback. You will direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations, and initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 7 years of experience

Developing and maintaining enterprise integration architecture using ESBs, API gateways, and event-streaming platforms
