About The Position

Marsden is hiring a Bank Cleaner in St. Paul, Minnesota. The role involves cleaning and servicing a bank facility, including floors, waste bins, restrooms, and surfaces. This is a part-time evening position scheduled Monday and Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The position is classified as essential. Employment requires membership in Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 26, with membership and dues authorization completed upon hire. Employment terms, compensation, and benefits are governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to speak English for safety reasons.
• Must complete a pre-employment criminal background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must become a member of SEIU Local 26 and complete membership and dues authorization upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors throughout the facility.
• Collect and dispose of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
• Dust, wipe, and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and furniture.
