In this role, you will work closely with Bank Audit executive leadership and cross‑functional partners to manage priorities and support the timely delivery of audit materials. You will also play a key role in shaping team culture by helping bring important team events and initiatives to life. The ideal candidate brings exceptional organizational, time‑management, and communication skills, along with sound judgment, discretion, proactive problem-solving abilities, and strong technical proficiency. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of administrative excellence who can effectively support executive leadership and ensure they are fully prepared in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Performs administrative support for multiple members of the Executive Management Group (EMG), depending on Executive level and team structure. Ensures day-to-day activities are coordinated and EMG members are prepared for responsibilities. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position will be based in our Charlotte, NC location. Relocation assistance is available for this position.
