About The Position

We are looking for a Band Saw Service Repair Technician who will have their own truck to travel locally and make repairs.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience maintaining and repairing industrial machinery.
• Deep understanding of electrical schematics and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Strong customer service, independent problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• a clean driver's license
• willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems on manual, semi-automatic, and automatic bandsaws.
• Execute scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Assemble, wire, test, and commission new bandsaw machines at client locations.
• Document service calls, get replacement parts numbers for order, and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
