About The Position
Turning Point Action is seeking a highly skilled, natural born leader and motivated individual to join TPAction’s innovative and large Chase The Vote initiative. This position is part-time. The organization’s mission is to embolden the conservative base through grassroots activism and provide voters with the necessary resources to elect true conservative leaders. Turning Point Action has emerged as the country’s leading grassroots organization, giving individuals the opportunity and platform to run for office at the local level, providing voters with critical information surrounding their district’s candidates and elections, allowing them unparalleled access to some of the most impactful figures in the movement. Turning Point Action is on a mission to save America, one precinct at a time.
Requirements
- Field staff, grassroots campaign, or relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity and proficiency with Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
- Knowledge and demonstrated competence of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
- Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
- Unmatched passion for conservative politics
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic, self-directed work environment

Responsibilities
- Daily communication with the ballot chase manager.
- Building inter-community relationships.
- Encouraging others to send in their ballots.
- Building a community network system where chasers identify and monitor low propensity voting habits in precincts across a designated territory.
- Working in tandem with the Ballot Chase Manager in order to make sure that goals are reached, community relationships are fostered and data is tracked daily.
