About The Position

Turning Point Action is seeking a highly skilled, natural born leader and motivated individual to manage TPAction’s innovative and large Chase The Vote initiative field staff personnel. This role involves day-to-day communication, training, and guiding ballot chasers and volunteers across the state of Arizona. Key responsibilities also include hiring and building a community of highly skilled ballot chasers. The Ballot Chase Manager will have attainable and incentivized goals and will work in tandem with the Enterprise Director to ensure the staff is successful and well taken care of.

Requirements

• 1 year managing field staff, grassroots campaign, office or relevant experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity and proficiency with Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
• Knowledge and demonstrated competence of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
• Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
• Unmatched passion for conservative politics

Responsibilities

• Manage TPAction’s innovative and large Chase The Vote initiative field staff personnel
• Engage in daily communication with ballot chasers and volunteers
• Provide training and guidance to ballot chasers and volunteers across the state of Arizona
• Hire and build a community of aggressive and highly skilled ballot chasers
• Work in tandem with the Enterprise Director to ensure staff happiness, success, and well-being
