About The Position

Provo Parks & Recreation is a nationally recognized, CAPRA-accredited department and recipient of the National Gold Medal Award. They are looking for motivated team members to help deliver outstanding service at their sports complexes. The Sports Division of the Provo City Parks and Recreation Department is looking to fill attendant positions for the 2026 season. Attendants will be assigned to the Epic Sports park or other Provo City sport and ballfields as needed. This seasonal opportunity includes a variety of roles supporting daily park operations, field upkeep, and large-scale tournaments. Whether candidates enjoy working behind the scenes or interacting with the public, there’s a place for them on the team.

Requirements

• Sufficient knowledge, training, and/or experience that demonstrates an ability to perform the duties of the job.
• Valid, lawful driver license.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in parks, sports, events, or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests, teams, and coaches.
• Assist with parking operations and help maintain safe traffic flow.
• Direct teams and spectators to fields and event areas.
• Help keep parks clean, welcoming, and ready for the community by maintaining restrooms and public spaces.
• Take pride in outdoor maintenance tasks such as edging, trimming, leaf blowing, and pavilion cleanup.
• Support exciting tournaments and field rentals by assisting with event setup and on-site needs.
• Work alongside a supportive crew and lend a hand wherever it’s needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Take on additional responsibilities or shifts as needed.
