About The Position
The Ballet Instructor prepares and teaches a ballet class. The employee in this position will have the following essential job functions: Instruct weekly classes to dancers ages 2-12 depending on the class level. Follow Bella Ballet curriculum teaching ballet appropriate to the class level. Enforce Health and Recreation Center policies and procedures when necessary. Attend trainings and meetings throughout the semester. Help with Rehearsal and Recital. Work a shift at Fall Festival. Performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- A dance background either in performing or instructing.
- Experience in dance or performing arts.
- Experience working with children.
