Requirements

No prior experience required; training will be provided.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Must be comfortable with physical work including twisting, turning, lifting, stacking, and operating a pallet jack.
Must be able to remain on your feet for 12-hour shifts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to do basic math skills.
Possesses basic communication skills.
Ability to read & comprehend instructions, memos, specifications, safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Factory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform housekeeping duties, including general plant cleaning and organization of restrooms and break rooms.
Conduct general building and grounds upkeep, both inside and outside.
Assist other team members as necessary.
Ensure personal safety and accurate information exchange with incoming team members.
Operate the Baler: remove recyclable gaylords, separate items, empty sorted tissue into the baler, compress and wire tie bales, and eject bales for removal.
Make rounds throughout the shift to remove full gaylords and replace them with empty ones.
Fill in on other assets if the need arises.
Report food safety problems to personnel with the authority to initiate action.
Perform other duties as assigned.
