Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Positive attitude and team spirit

Nice To Haves

• Experience with pallet jacks, balers, or forklifts a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate balers and sort recyclable materials
• Meet production goals in a hands-on, physical role
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Support product reclamation and team operations
