Baler Handler - Weekend Day Shift
About The Position

Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
- Experience with pallet jacks, balers, or forklifts a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Positive attitude and team spirit
Responsibilities
- Operate balers and sort recyclable materials
- Meet production goals in a hands-on, physical role
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Support product reclamation and team operations
