About The Position

We are a stable and fast-growing food service company operating in North America (US & Canada). We are looking for a Bakeshop General Manager for a full-time permanent position in our bakeshop operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and achievement of the store business goals across five key result areas: Food, Service, Cleanliness standards target achievement, Sales target achievement, and Profit target achievement. This role also involves people leadership and management, including learning and development, inspiring, motivating, disciplining, and maintaining high morale and engagement of the store team. Additionally, the General Manager will oversee store operations administration, ensuring adherence to the organization's operating systems and standards, compliance with government and legal requirements, financial analysis (profit & loss statement analysis), and business planning and management presentations and reports.

Requirements

  • Completed at least High School education
  • At least 2 years solid experience as Bakeshop Manager in Quick-Service/Fast Food restaurants responsible of the (5) key result areas specified above or any equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
  • Full knowledge of PNL/Store Financials and Quality Standards Implementation
  • High energy level; must be able to work in varying work schedules and workweek/days including holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner & adaptable
  • Computer proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Authorized to work in the USA
