About The Position
We are hiring Bakery Production Workers for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Navarre, OH. This position supports daily bakery operations and production needs in a facility that operates 24 hours a day. Candidates must have open availability as schedules are assigned based on production demands and shift needs.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift, move, and handle products throughout shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic preferred
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform general production and bakery support duties
- Move, lift, stack, and place materials throughout the production process
- Maintain workflow from conveyor systems
- Count, sort, inspect, and organize products
- Assist with packaging and finished product handling
- Keep work areas clean and follow safety guidelines
- Support team production goals
