About The Position

This dual-role is perfect for someone who loves driving and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll deliver donuts and pastries to local storefronts in a box truck and support dough and pastry production. No CDL or prior experience required - we’ll train the right person!

Requirements

• 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean record
• Able to pass driver history check, drug test, and physical
• Comfortable driving early mornings
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong upper body strength for dough handling and maneuvering sheet pan racks
• Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Nice To Haves

• Interest in baking or professional kitchens is a plus

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 16-foot box truck with a lift gate
• Deliver pastries to storefronts using sheet pan racks
• Maneuver sheet pan racks into storefronts using proper techniques and body weight leverage to ensure safety and prevent product damage
• Ensure timely and excellent-condition deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and storefront teams
• Assist in preparing dough for croissant-style doughnuts, yeast-raised dough, fritters, cookies, and savory pastries
• Hand-cut and laminate dough with precision
• Maintain a clean, organized work area meeting food safety standards
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
