About The Position

Five Daughters Bakery is seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join their Overnight Team. This role involves learning to fry croissant-style donuts, bake various pastries like cookies and paleo donuts, and create handcrafted toppings. The bakery's mission is to enrich communities with love and light, prioritizing quality food made with organic and locally sourced ingredients, and fostering values of humility, kindness, encouragement, flexibility, and fun.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work overnight and on your feet for extended periods
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team culture
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Fry and prepare croissant-style donuts and other pastries
• Bake cookies, paleo donuts, and savory items
• Infuse, glaze, and decorate donuts with house-made toppings
• Follow recipes and procedures with accuracy
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
